With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Metscher of Dixon, Missouri, born in Chanute, Kansas, who passed away on August 3, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon King and Evelyn King (Hoover). She is survived by: her husband Larry Metscher; her daughters, Sarah Hogue (Wes) of Gentry, AR, Mary Reichel (Gerald) of Columbia, Patricia Seddon (Cary) of Sunrise Beach, Melody Reichel (Kenneth) of Jefferson City, Angie Creason (George) of Elkland, Heather Metscher of Florence and Bobbie Jo Metscher of Belleville, IL; and her sisters, Mary Wolfe (Perry) of Linn and Dorothy Shockley of Chamois. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
