He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Allen and Rosie Fern Parker (Murry); his brothers, Jimmy Parker and Richard Parker; and his brother-in-law Larry Blanchard.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Parker; his sons, Brad Parker (Jenny) and Steven Parker (Stacie); his grandchildren, Mikey Parker, Lance Parker, Billie Dawn Wiegand, Hannah Conner, Zoe Hill, Cale Parker, Clayton Parker, Isaac Parker, Katelyn Hausman and Sydney Baremore; his great grandchildren, Ady, Oliver, Lennox, Sophia, Emmalyn and Elliana; and his siblings, Bobbie Parker (Nancy), Roy Parker (Kyong), Virginia Blanchard and Doris Howser (Bill). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
