He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville L. Stuck and Joyce Matlock Stuck (Owen); and his sister Nancy Wheat. He is survived by: his wife Ronalee Matlock; his mother-in-law Rosilee Rynning; his sons, Justin (Joni Matlock) of Dixon and Travis (Tina Matlock) of Dixon; and his grandchildren, Tristin, Jenna, Jace, Travin and Tratin. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
