He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virgle Lester and Ruth Juanita Kelsey (Jackson); his wife Jayne; his children, Julie Ann Pinnow (Jeremy Bull), Patricia Walser, Randal Gibson (Misty), Eugene Huck and Jonathan Perkins; his daughter-in-law Valerie Kelsey; his grandchildren, Thomas, Eric, Sydney Pinnow, Anthony, Aubree Bull, Taegen (James), McKenna Kelsey, Avery, Autumn Walser and Mariah Moore; his great grandchildren, Amelia, Isaac and Atlas Lawson; his siblings, Dwain Kelsey (Mary) and Carolyn Schuetterburg (Donald); his former wife Dianna; his son Shannon Isaac Kelsey; and the mother of his child Ruth.
