He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Eugene and Neva Marie Hayes (Ramsey); his wife Darlene; his daughter Lanna Sue Hayes; his siblings, Gerald V. Hayes, Norman "Pat" Hayes and Loretta Hayes Williams; and his pet Duke.
He is survived by: his children, Randal Hayes, Dixon, Bradley Hayes and Sandra Hayes; his granddaughters, Kassandra Wolf (Kyle) of St. Louis and Heather Hayes of St. Louis; and his brother Wesley Hayes (Velma). He is also survived by nephews; nieces; and other relatives and friends.
