It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Anne Carter of Dixon, Missouri, born in Superior, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 28, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Joseph and Marjorie Naomi Eastman (Davis); her sister Bonnie Lenardos; her stepbrother Joe Eyman; and her brother-in-law Michael Stanford.

She is survived by: her daughter Heather Hembree; her grandsons, Lydon Saunders and Danen Conrad; her stepmother Sharon Eastman; and her siblings, John (Liz Eastman), Bradley (Allyson Eastman) of Minnesota, Dawn Stanford (Kim), Dan Dyson (Linda) and Arthur Balch (Shari Myrick) of Iowa. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Fox Crossing Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund with envelopes available at the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Dixon.
