“My name is Howard Clark, and I knew Lowell as a young man. We played softball together, and as a bigger man, Lowell made a good first base player. Lowell was just about as straight up as a man could be. If Lowell told you something, you could believe it. Sometimes it seems that things get turned around, when people like Lowell die far too early. It sorrows me that he is gone. May God keep him close to his heart.”
