He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph "Paul" Miller and Evelyn Miller (Helton); his brother Billy Miller; and his son Kenny Miller. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Rowden; his children, Danny Miller (Lisa) and Susan Williamson (John); his daughter-in-law Debbie Miller; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Miller (Kayla), Britny Washburn (Stephen), Ryan Hollis (Annelise), Missy Miller, Emily Holtsclaw (Will), Alex Miller (Haley), John Williamson (Missy), Jeff Williamson and Keith Williamson (Sherry). He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
