He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Forrest and Elizabeth Forrest (Bryant); his daughter Debra Louise Ferguson; and his siblings, Earl Forrest, Jr., George Forrest and Alice McKinney.
He is survived by: his wife Louise; his daughters, Sue (Cliff Lewallen) of Dixon, Patty (Gary Bowman) of Dixon and Cathy Ethington of Dixon; his grandchildren, David Ferguson, John Ferguson, Laura Warren, Stephanie Giglio, Amanda Lewallen, Shannon Scott, Savanna Bowman, Colton Bowman, Jessica Kingsbury and Alicia Ethington; and his brother Jerry Forrest. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
