She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Gaetano and Evelyn Gaetano (Porter); her siblings, Carol Kubwright (Gaetano), Jim Gaetano and Charles Gaetano; her stepson David Sparks; and her daughter-in-law Dawn Sparks.
She is survived by: her husband Paul; her children, Toni Schafer (Mark), Tammy Wagner, Keith Wagner and Scott Wagner (Alina); and her stepchildren, Michael Sparks (Bobbie Jo), Jeffry Sparks and Laura Thompson. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
