He is survived by: his wife Wanda Milligan; his son Daniel W. Milligan (Tammy); his daughter-in-law Tracey Milligan; his grandchildren, Jarad Milligan (Joni), Niki Kelsay (Jared), Rolla and Shaelyn D. Milligan; and his great grandchildren, Jara Milligan of Dixon, Elliet Kelsay of Dixon and Kori Kelsay of Dixon. He is also survived by nephews, nieces.
