He is survived by: his wife Candace Frye; his parents, Lloyd Frye and Alice Frye of Lebanon, MO; his son Jaedon Frye of Steele, MO; his stepsons, Caleb Zakes of Dixon, MO and Jonathan Zakes of Rolla, MO; his grandmother Frankie Allen of Mountain View, MO; his uncle Larry Frye (Karla) of College Station, TX; and his aunt Kathy Phipps of Mountain View, MO. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
