With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Lipscomb of Dixon, Missouri, born in Merced, California, who passed away on January 5, 2021 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frank Lipscomb to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Franklin and Nancy Lou Lipscomb (Davis); and his siblings, Daniel Lipscomb, Dewey Lipscomb, Joretta Daniel and Anna Lea Lipscomb.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lipscomb; his children, Shawn (Jessica Lipscomb), Dixon (Lisa) and Kevin Lay; his grandchildren, Tristen Lipscomb, Kinsley Lipscomb, Kendra Lay and Carter Lay; and his siblings, John Lipscomb, Joe Lipscomb (Wendy), Pauline Ernst (Rolla) and Elsie Trauber (Joyce Dupree). He is also survived by nephews, nieces and many other relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions are suggested by the family to the Santee Community Church.

“I loved this guy. I went to church with him for several years, and you could not ask for a more straight forward man. As with the rest of his family, he was a very intelligent, humorous, and jovial person. He played guitar and sang for us in church, and as far as I know lived his life every day just like he was in church. Absolutely a what you see, is what you get individual.
