She was predeceased by: her parents, George Buxton and Dorothy Buxton (Cowley); her son Steven Cook; her brother Robert Lee; and her close friend Carol DeWeese.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Steven Cook (Britt) and Antoinette Crowell (Jeremy); her daughter-in-law Stephanie Cook; her great grandchildren, Korbyn, Bella, Coy and CeaReah; and her siblings, Jim Lee (Kim) of Oregon and Bonnie Threet of Arizona. She is also survived by four nephews and nieces; and many other relatives and friends.
