She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Ryther and Dora Ryther; her siblings, Paul Ryther and Avis Breite; and her husband Donald Eugene Payne.

She is survived by: her daughters, Patty Hake (Mike) and Marilyn Bergjans; her granddaughter Gina Malawy (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Issabella, Ellery, Paisley and River Malawy.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to one of the following organizations that were near and dear to Delcie's heart, World Hunger Relief in El Mott, TX or at (http://www.worldhungerrelief.org) or St. Paul's Evangelical Church.
