She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Dewey and Eva Beal (Russell); her son Charles Dean "Charlie" Foster; her granddaughter Mallory Foster; the father of her children Billy Oneil Foster; and her siblings, Raymond, James, Francis, Calvin, Roger, Darrell Beal, Lucille Bell, Dorothy Tapley and Katherine Catron.
She is survived by: her children, Scharlene Elms of Rolla, Nathan, Tiffany and Ronald Foster; her grandchildren, Elicia, Brittany, Anthony and Justin; her son Billy Foster; her grandchildren, Dylan, Cooper, River and Sarah; her son Randy Foster (Anna); her grandchildren, Kasey, Matthew, Jesse and Robert; her son Bobby Foster; her grandchildren, Michelle and Travis; her children, Tena Warner, Cameron, Kalleigh, Caiden, Donna Foster and Maddy; her siblings, Charles Beal, Clarence Beal of Mexico, Larry Beal and Annie Larock; and also, Dustin, Amanda and Jerrica. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
