We are sad to announce that on March 15, 2019, at the age of 93, Charles Eugene Pennebaker (Dixon, Missouri), born in Charleston, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Wade and Frocie Lee Pennebaker (Smith); and his son Dale Allen Pennebaker. He is survived by: his wife Norma Pennebaker; his daughters, Lynn Shelton (Steve) of Dixon and Myra Rollins (Mark) of Battlefield; his grandchildren, Rex Pennebaker, Adam Shelton, Danielle Cale and Jennifer Dykes; and his brother Bob Pennebaker (Minnie) of Daisey. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson and one great-great-granddaughter.
