She was predeceased by: her parents, Clay William and Martha Irene Evans (Kelley); her son Donald Henry Smith; and her brothers, Leroy Evans and Norman Evans.
She is survived by: her sons, Dwight (Denice Smith) and Edwards; her daughter-in-law Sharon Smith; her sisters, Lucille (Russell Blackwell) and Debbie (Bruce Doublin); her sister-in-law Carolyn Evans; her grandchildren, Brian Smith (Renae), Robert Smith (Heather), Julie Alexander (Shawn) and David Aldurien (Nicole); and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Jacob, Troy, Stormy and Leland. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces and many other relatives and friends.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Perpetual Care Fund for the West Fairview Cemetery.
