She is survived by: her husband Donley Baker (Donnie); her sons, John Phillip Zollman (JP) and Rafen Joseph Baker; her father John Simmons (Cindy); her parents-in-law, Beryl Baker and Rhonda Keeling (Waylon); her grandfather Charles Simmons; her siblings, Charles Simmons and Cathy Howard; her siblings-in-law, Randall and Brandi Martin; and her nieces and nephews, Levi Simmons, Rosten Martin, Dalton, Zachary Howard, Resa and Ryli Martin. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
