With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Benny F Jones of Dittmer, Missouri, born in Flemingsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on May 15, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hanson Jones and Maxine Jones; his siblings, Beulah Bauer, Hanson Jr. Jones and Debbie Beckett; his brothers-in-law, Carl Bauer, Rodney Beckett, Lowell Mason and Danny Strausbaugh; and his mother-in-law Oraine Strausbaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Jones; his children, Vincent Jones (Mary) and Angela Downing (Mickey); his grandchildren, Amanda Redmann (Josh), Tyler Jones (Sarah), Claire Lequia (Eric), Mitch Jones, Venessa Ellermann (Kurt), Nicole Schmitt and Eric Downing (Mary); his great grandchildren, Aiden Downing, Hunter Ellermann, Haley Ellermann, Riley Loyd, Olivia Downing, Alice Downing, Ryan Redmann, Molly Redmann and Rosemary Lequia; his siblings, Judy Mason, Karen Sipp, Donna Elfers, Vicky Eubanks (Larry) and Jeff Jones (Karen); and his brother-in-law Rick Strausbaugh. He is also survived by numerous other extended family and friends.
