Wilma Ellen Waggoner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Ellen Waggoner of Diamond, Missouri, who passed away on March 10, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Spilman and Alma Spilman (Abernathy); and her brother Edwin Spilman. She is survived by: her children, Ellen Gibson (Jeff), Anne Andrews (Clint) and Allen Waggoner (Tracy); her grandchildren, Sara Robertson (Keith), Emily Tracy (Jerrod), Justin Andrews (Cassandra), Jessica Adams (Aaron), Jacob Andrews (Hannah), Casey and Michaela Waggoner; and her great grandchildren, Abby, Will Robertson, Stella, Opal, Ada Tracy, Owen, Adalynne Adams, Oliver and Linden Andrews.
