He is survived by: his wife Terri Minyard of Diamond, Missouri; his daughter Cristie Minyard (Michael Ross) of Diamond; and his nieces and nephews, Belva Elkins, Wayne Sample, Connie Cowden, Marsha Sample, Bobby Massengale, Pat Dill, Pamela Massengale, David Massengale, Stacy Minyard and Kendall Minyard.
