She was predeceased by: her parents, William and Elizabeth Constable Moss; her son William Paul; her husband Paul E. Garland; her sisters, Nell, Lillin and Violet; her grandsons, Greg and Danny; and also Gary Kenney, Sr..
She is survived by: her sister Joyce; her daughters, Elizabeth Kenney, Cynthia Garland and Kimberly Johnson; and her son-in-law Ronnie Johnson. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren, also many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mathis Funeral Home - Dexter (125 W Stoddard St, Dexter, MO 63841). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
