She was predeceased by: her parents, Miles Porter Wilson and Rosalee Cartwright Wilson; her son Bill Shaver; her son-in-law Ron Newton; her siblings, Vernon Wilson, Harold Wilson, Junior Wilson, Bill Wilson and Inez Mitchell; and her great grandchild Matthew Basquez.
She is survived by: her children, Leonard "Speedy" Shaver of New York City and Lynn Newton of Sikeston, Missouri; her daughter-in-law Peggy Shaver; and her grandchildren, Kelly Dudley of Coronado, California, Darin Newton of Sikeston, Brad Shaver of Sandusky, Ashley Shaver of Waco and Brandon Shaver of Dexter, Missouri. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren, and by eight great-great grandchildren.
