He was predeceased by: his parents, William Barker Sr. and Rachel Barker (McClard); his sisters, Virginia Fithian, Marjorie Edwards and Pearl Swinger; his granddaughter Heather Evans; and his daughter Serena Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Barker of Dexter, Missouri; his children, Billy Barker (Heather) of Dexter Missouri, Dustin Barker (Hannah) of Dexter Missouri, Ryan Barker of Dexter Missouri, Tonda Reeves of Searcy, Rachel March (Scott) of Dexter, Sandy Barker of Dexter, Michele Morgan (Chris) of Jefferson and Christy Oldham (Wade) of Springfield, Missouri; his sisters, Wanda Chambers of Lewiston and Angelyn Jackson of Athens; and his daughter Kathy Hagy (Ricky) of Corning, Arkansas. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren and one on the way and many nieces and nephews, cousin an a host of family and friends.
