It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tom Meritt (Dexter, Missouri), who passed away on September 9, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy "Poss" Meritt and Pauline Barfield Meritt; and his siblings, Robert Meritt and Marjorie McGuire. He is survived by: his spouse Gayle Ott; his son Darin Meritt of Essex; his sister Joan Peters of Dexter; and his granddaughter Victoria Meritt. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives and close friends.
