He is survived by: his father William Childers of Bernie; his former wife Deanna Gay Minton; his wife Sharon Burns; his children, James Childers (Sabrina) of Dexter, Terry Childers Jr. (Ashley) of Ashland, Gavin Childers (Toni) of Dexter, Missouri and Christina Woolard (Nick) of Naylor, Missouri; his stepsons, Dusty Burns (Chassey) of Dexter, Missouri and Dalton Burns (Jessica) of Dexter, Missouri; and his siblings, Danny Childers of Bernie, Larry Childers of Campbell, Missouri and Lorie Reed of Bernie, Missouri. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren.
