He is survived by: his mother Jane Campbell (Rowland); his children, Heather Lewis and Matthew Lewis (Jennifer); his sisters, Sherry Bess (Ronnie) and Marla Blankenship (Terry); his grandchildren, Nate Lewis, Carli Lewis, Drew Ryan and Delaney Ryan; his uncle Danny Rowland; his aunts, Shirley Corn and Jeanette Ludwig; his mother-in-law Betty Lowrey; his siblings-in-law, Lisa Dockins and David Lowrey (Kerri); his stepsiblings, Robin Ford (Alan) and Allen Campbell (Tena); and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Smith (Ricky), Tori Keasler (Blake), Hunter Dockins, Hannah Dockins, Brandon Blankenship (Staci) and Bobby Lee Lowrey (Kelsey). He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
