In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wayne Martin Sr. and Betty Malone Shipley; his brothers, James Wayne Martin Jr. and Ronnie Dean Martin; and his stepfather Charles Shipley.
He is survived by: his sisters, Bonnie Quick of Salem, Carolyn Burke of Georgia and Mary Martin of Dexter, Missouri. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Mathis Funeral Home - Dexter (125 W Stoddard St, Dexter, MO 63841). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
