He was predeceased by: his parent Lajean Speas. He is survived by: his father Jesse Lacy of Dexter; his sons, Josh Lacy of Las Vegas, Justin Lacy of Baytown and Jacob Lacy of Dexter, Missouri; and his brothers, Randy Lacy of Cape Girardeau and Russell Lacy of Dexter.
