It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lee Davis of Dexter, Missouri, born in Granite City, Illinois, who passed away on October 17, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alro Truman Davis and Georgia Mae Lane Davis; and his siblings, Bobby Gene Davis, William Joseph Davis, Mary Ann Winklemann and Nancy Marie Davis.

He is survived by: his brother Waste; his daughter Rebecca Swim (Devin) of St. Charles, Missouri; his siblings, Allen Davis (Nancy Lee) of Florissant, Missouri and Paula Abernathy (Vernon) of Dexter, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Paul, Alex, Izzy, Charlotte, Maddie and Annie. He is also survived by his cousins, nieces, and nephews.
