He was predeceased by: his parents, Britten Bailey and Pansy Glasser Bailey; and his siblings, Galen Rudolph Bailey, Billy Glaser Bailey and LaNelle Sturgeon.
He is survived by: his wife Marla Kitchens; his sons, Paul Bailey (Julie) of California and John Bailey (Kim) of New Franklin, Missouri; his sister-in-law Earlene Bailey of Malden, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Emma, Mason, Gabriel, Carter and Ella.
