He is survived by: his daughter Kay Holmes of Dexter, Missouri; his grandchildren, Tammy Holmes (Jay) of Dexter and Joshua Holmes (Dixie) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his great grandchildren, Forrest Holmes of Colorado Springs, Troy Hampton (Ashley) of Bernie and Mitchell Hampton of Bernie, Missouri; his close friend Sallie Pratt; and also Sherri.
