It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michelle Starnes (Dexter, Missouri), born in Dowagiac, Michigan, who passed away on April 19, 2020, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Randy Lee Starnes, Sr.; her children, Jessica (Darrell Penberthy) of Dexter and Randy (Caira Starnes) of Arnold; her grandchildren, Caroline, Jackson and Lydia Penberthy; her great grandchild Delaney Penberthy; her siblings, Wendi (Andy Jenkins) of Ellisnore and Stephen (Tammy Smithson); and her nieces and nephews, Steven (Panda), Cody (Bradi), Kyle (Jenny), Riley Moore, Waylon Moore, Anthony Jenkins, Jr., Addyson Moore and Brianna Weems.
