She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Goode and Pearle Albertson Goode; her husband William Simmons; her children, Mary Lou Payne, Jerry Lee Simmons and Larry Wayne Simmons; and her sister Wanda Goode.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Harris (Roy) of Dexter, Missouri and Gary Simmons of Malden, Missouri. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; by sixteen great-grandchildren; and by eleven great-great-grandchildren.
