It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Virginia Pierce Reed (Dexter, Missouri), born in Blytheville, Arkansas, who passed away on March 28, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Davis Pierce and Mary Alice Gamm Pierce; her husband Wafe B. Reed; her son Wayne Reed; her granddaughter Monica Lynn Reed; and her siblings, James Russell Pierce, James Elvin Hood, Jesse Burette Pierce, Dewey Lee Pierce, Wilburn Ray Pierce, Frankin Delano Pierce, Geneva Pierce Hamilton, Reba Lois Eslinger, Veleta Pierce Stutts and Betty Pierce Braun.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Reed (Judy) of Ellsinore, Missouri and Terrie Reed Weaver of Tomball, Texas; her grandchildren, Dennis Reed of Old Monroe, Desirae Weaver (Brandon) of Brighton, Andrea Weaver of Thornton, Justin Lewis (Megan) of Oak Park and Holly Lewis of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; and her great grandchildren, Jack and Kate Lewis.
