He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A Garner and Cora Lee DeArman Garner; and his siblings, Lester, Ivan, Hubert, Chester, Larry, Lewis Garner, Myrl Cook, Emma Stallion and Norma Grubbs.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Wright Garner. He is also survived by Uncle Loyd was grandfather in spirit to many many children.
He was a victim of the Covid 19 pandemic, and lost his fight with this terrible disease at Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau, MO on September 29, 2020.
