She is survived by: her children, Stan Chism (Sharon) of Texas, Rex Ivy (Tish) of Missouri and Teresa Ivy (Justin) of Missouri; her grandchildren, Dawn, Debbie Chism of Texas, Jason Josupait (Christi) of Missouri, Sondra Ivy of Tennessee, Taylor Ivy of Colorado and Nicki Ivy of South Dakota; her great grandchildren, Chris Chism of Texas, Logan, Bryce Josupait of Missouri, Kale Avila, Lane and Cash Politte of Tennessee; and her great great grandchild Kennedy Chism of Texas.
