She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Jasper and Winnie Weaver; her husband Lewis Lee Smith; her son Gerald Smith; her daughter-in-law Judy Smith; and her siblings, Dale, James Weaver and Helen Bowling.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Smith of Bloomfield and Jackie Smith (Janet) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and her siblings, Don Weaver, Melba, Dorothy and Georgie. She is also survived by four grandchildren; five great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
