He is survived by: his fiancée Angela Michelle Slaughter; his brother Matthew Jenkins (Troy Dempsey); his children, Zaid Fornkohl, Dayson Fornkohl and Brexton Slaughter; his niece Breanna Jenkins; his uncle Eddie Jenkins; his aunt Helen Jenkins; and his cousins, Jennifer Sopko, Chris Jenkins, Scotty Lewis, Jessica Lewis, Christy Everett, Tracey Strawn, Tammy Manes, Angie Clouse and Carolyn Blankenship.
