He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Biggs and Thelma Biggs; and his siblings, Morris Biggs, Michael Biggs, Keith Biggs and Phyllis Sheets.

He is survived by: his wife Doris Biggs; his children, Ken Biggs (Kris) of Mauckport, Michael Blankenship of Dexter, Trevor Biggs of Dexter, Missouri, Cyndra Biggs of Dexter and LaKesha Biggs of Dexter, Missouri; his grandchildren, Kristen Lanoue of Memphis and Kelsey Biggs of Austin, Indiana; his great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Aspen, Rylee and Killian Lanoue; and his sisters, Marilyn Coats of Salem and Janice Coats of Austin, Indiana..
