He is survived by: his parents, John Moore and Julia Baker; his sons, Hunter and Greyson Moore of Poplar Bluff, MO; his stepdaughter Madalyn; his siblings, Jessica Moore of West Plains, MO, Natasha Askins of Florida, Jeffery Miller (Lacy), Teresa Baker, Jennifer Baker and William Doris of East Prairie, MO; and his nieces and nephews, Ashton, Alexius, Cici, Skyler, Coby and Deven.
