He is survived by: his children, Dorothy Hawkins (Curtis), James Besner (Mary) and Joseph Besner (Sara); his grandchildren, Austin, Sierra, Dezaray (Alex), Montana, Shyann, Miracle, Persephone, Aries and Isis; his great grandchildren, Alexzander, Axle, Makenzie, Bella and Kennedy; and his siblings, Bruce, Dennis, Michael, Peter, Vincent, Mary, Meg, Carla, Kathy, Gina and Melissa. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
