He was predeceased by: his parents, John Albert Prance, Sr. and Velma Maxine Waltrip Prance. He is survived by: his former wife Suzanne Smith Prance; his wife Suzie; his children, Julie Mangum (Stacy) of Dexter, Missouri. and J. R. Prance (Katrina) of Bloomfield; his grandchildren, Abby Mangum Nepean (Trenton) of Columbia, Nate Mangum, Libby Mangum, Clay Prance, Blaine Prance, Adeline Prance and Levi Prance; and his sister Connie Prance Hampton (Bill) of Deland, Florida..
Due to the covid pandemic no service is planned at this time and a public memorial service will be announced at a later date with full military honors.
