He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Monroe Vandergriff and Gladys Imogene Bird Vandergriff. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Mae Blake; his son Brian K. Vandergriff of Malden, Missouri; his sisters, Mary Lou Vandergriff Starnes of Malden, Missouri and Janice Adams of Malden, Missouri; and his granddaughters, Amber, Sadie and Casey. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
