He is survived by: his mother Margaret Howey of Mullica Hill; and his siblings, Connie Bourque of Florida, Debbie Gaffney of Mullica Hill, Nancy Vanneman of Pittsgrove, Earnest Higgs Jr. of Utah, John Higgs and Jerry Buckson of Millville.
