He was predeceased by: his parents, Bedford Doublin and Mabel Doublin (Travers); his siblings, Gertrude Holloway, Wanda Cooper, Kenneth Doublin (Pete) and Willie Doublin (Lee); and his nephew Clyde Doublin.

He is survived by: his wife Ruth Fortner of Bloomfield; his brother-in-law Lynn Holloway; his daughter Dana; his son-in-law Mark McCallister of Qulin, MO; his grandson Ryan McCallister of Dexter, MO.; and his daughter Paula Doublin. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
