He is survived by: his children, Jerry Rinehart of Stevensville and Jill Miller of Arkansas; his grandchildren, Stephanie Tolles (Andrew) of Flint, Zachary Rinehart of Stevensville, Crystal Miller of Arkansas and Timothy Miller of Arkansas; his great grandchild James Tolles; his siblings, J. E. Rinehart (Sue) of Bloomfield and Lillie Denny of West Plains; and his sister-in-law Irene Rinehart of Bloomfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
