She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Emmett Underwood and Josie Ann Quick Underwood; her daughter Sandra K. Harty; her stepmother Norma Woodiel; her siblings, Elmer Underwood, Delmer Underwood, John Henry Underwood, Wilma Morrow and Francis Berry; and her grandchildren, Ginelle Mitchell and Michelle Mitchell.
She is survived by: her husband Floyd E. Grim; her granddaughters, Tammy Harris (Chris) of Dexter and Dana Tellman of Dexter; her brother Steve Underwood (Joyce) of Bloomfield; her son-in-law Danny Harty of Dexter; her sister-in-law Imogene Underwood of Bloomfield; and her great grandchildren, Nicholas Harris, Gerica Harris, Kyle Tellman, Kolten Tellman and Blake Woodruff.
