He is survived by: his mother Vivian Perry Putnam-Johnson of Bernie; his wife JoAnne Musgrave; his children, Tracy Parker (Danny) of New Madrid, Pamela Kirby (Jon) of Tulsa, Laurie Cooper (Greg) of Dexter, Jackie Barteau (Scott) of Old Monroe, Missouri, Kenneth Fortner (Shelly) of Puxico and David Fortner (Aimee) of Aquilla, Missouri; his brother Larry Putnam (Bonnie) of Dexter; and his stepsisters, Becky Edmonds (Allen) and Brenda Buchanan (Rick). He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; and by twenty-five great-grandchildren.
